Terms & privacy.

What that means

• Before deployment: one full redesign of the site is included. A second redesign is outside the fee.
• After deployment: one change to one specific section is included. Further edits, new pages, or extra sections are billed.
• Quotation: scope, rounds, timeline, and payment follow the quotation we issue and you accept. If the quotation and these terms differ, the quotation wins for that project.

Engagement

Work starts when you accept a written quotation and the first invoice is paid, unless the quotation says otherwise. We design, build, and ship what is listed there, not an open-ended backlog.

Feedback

Feedback should be collected and sent in one pass per round. Conflicting notes from multiple stakeholders count as extra rounds if they reopen approved work.

Payment

Fees, schedule, and expenses are in the quotation. Overdue invoices pause the work. Chargeable changes after the included revisions are estimated before we start them.

Ownership

Finished work listed in the quotation transfers to you when invoices for that work are paid. Tools, internals, and unused concepts stay with the studio unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Confidentiality

Anything you share with us to scope or run a project stays between us. We don’t disclose your materials or plans, and we’ll sign your NDA on request. How we handle personal data you send is covered in the privacy section below.

Who we are

Axon Creative is a design and technology studio in Jharsa, Gurgaon, India. We decide how the personal data collected on this site is used. Questions about your data go to the studio owner at support.axoncreative@gmail.com.

What we collect and why

Only what each form asks for, plus a little that keeps the site safe.

• Quote and enquiry forms: your name, email and message, plus your phone, company, budget range and the service you want if you fill those in. We use them to reply, to send a quotation and, if we work together, to run the project. While we talk, we may add our own notes, such as when to follow up.
• Careers form: your name, email, discipline, portfolio link and message. We use them to look at your work and to get in touch when a project fits.
• Newsletter: your email address and the date you joined. We use it only to send you studio news.
• Payments: your name and email if you give them, the amount, the invoice or reference, and what Razorpay tells us about the payment, such as whether it went through and the method used (UPI or card, for example). Razorpay handles the payment itself, so your card, UPI and bank details never reach us. If you give an email, we send your receipt to it. If we send you a payment link, we keep a record of your name, email, the amount and what it is for.
• Security: to block spam and abuse, the site counts how many requests come from each network (IP) address in a short time. These counters keep the address only in a scrambled (hashed) form, never the address itself. We use them for nothing else.
• Cookies: only the essential ones the site needs to work. Your answer to the cookie notice is saved in your own browser. We do not add advertising or analytics trackers.

We do not sell or rent your data, we do not use it for advertising, and we never add you to the newsletter unless you sign up yourself.

Who handles it for us

A few companies run parts of the site for us:

• Vercel hosts the website, through the Grok app platform it is built on.
• Neon runs our database, where form entries and payment records are stored.
• Resend sends our emails: a short alert to the studio when you write in, and receipts and payment links to you.
• Razorpay takes payments.

Some of them are based outside India, so your data may be stored or handled abroad.

Pages also load a few things straight from other services: photos from Unsplash, the map on the Connect page from OpenStreetMap, the payment window from Razorpay, and a small script from grok.com, the platform the site is built on. When your browser fetches these, those services see your network address, as with any website. We do not send them anything you type into our forms, apart from Razorpay when you pay.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries: while we talk and, if we work together, for as long as the project needs. If an enquiry closes without work, or we archive it, we delete it after 2 years with no further activity.
• Spam, and anything we move to the bin: deleted after 30 days.
• Careers applications: 1 year from the day you apply.
• Newsletter: while you are subscribed. If you leave, we delete your address 30 days later.
• Payment records: 8 years, for our accounts. After that we remove your name and email from them. The amounts, dates and references stay.
• Security counters: about a day.
• Alert emails to the studio: the short alerts the site sends us when you write in stay in our inbox, outside this schedule. We delete them by hand when you ask us to delete your data.
• Our activity log: 2 years. It notes what the studio did with a record, not what the record says.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• show you the data we hold about you, and send you a copy;
• correct anything that is wrong;
• delete it. We delete your enquiries, applications, our notes on them and your newsletter signup. Payment records stay for our accounts, but we remove your name and email from them;
• take you off the newsletter.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date under the Privacy heading.
